NBA 2K13 My Player 99 Overall Hack
What you will need:
NBA 2K13
Transfer Cable, or Flash Drive
Hard Drive
Xport360, Xplorer360 etc.
Xport360, Xplorer360 etc.
Save Game Editor
Download NBA 2K13 Save Game Editor
WORKING AS OF :
1. Extract your game save file to your desktop ("something".CMG)
2. Open your .CMG file in Hex Workshop
3. Locate offset: 00273138
4. Then enter the following, replacing the old hex: 01 99 01 99 01 99 01 99 01 99 01 99_5. Save your .CMG in Hex Workshop
6. Then exit out of Hex Workshop, then open your .CMG in a Rehash & Resigner (Modio etc.)
7. Rehash and Resign
8. Place the .CMG back into your Hard drive, or flash drive._9. Then raise all your stats to achieve an overall of 99

_How to avoid getting banned!_
1. Copy and paste the old hex into a text file
1. Copy and paste the old hex into a text file
2. Then insert the new hex (as seen above)
3. Once you have hex edited the offset, while offline raise your players stats to 99.
4. Go back to hex editor then paste the old hex back into the same offset.

Note 1 : Here is a my player for 2k13 so we can get a tool made fast for the game he is a 6'4 PG weight 185 if you need to know how much skill points he has already i can check myplayer name Rich GoCrazy drafted 17 pick to Dallas

Third load your modded save by selecting options and load on the menu in the game. If you click on my career it will say no save found but it you load it manually from the menu it will load and will use skill points and not VC. You cannot get VC if you take your modded character online.
